Charlie James is the Project Coordinator for the SUSTAIN AI Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) at the University of Lincoln. She holds a BSc in Business Psychology from the University of Lincoln and has a strong commitment to supporting students throughout their academic journey.

She began her career at the University in the Student Registry department, before joining the SUSTAIN AI CDT team at the end of 2025. As part of the SUSTAIN team, she supports doctoral students and contributes to the effective delivery of the CDT.
