Charlie James 

I am the Project Coordinator for the SUSTAIN AI Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) at the University of Lincoln. I hold a BSc in Business Psychology from the University of Lincoln and have a strong commitment to supporting students throughout their academic journey.

I began my career at the University in the Student Registry department, before joining the SUSTAIN AI CDT team at the end of 2025. As part of the SUSTAIN team, I support doctoral students and contribute to the effective delivery of the CDT.
